About Me
I earned my B.A. in Secondary Education and English at William Jewell College. Since graduating, I have taught English language and literature to students grades 1-8 in South Korea, as well as training teachers and developing curriculum. Since returning to the US, I worked at a Core Knowledge charter school where I taught grades 6-11, including AP Literature and Composition. I also sponsored the school literary magazine and rolled out the RtI program.
